James D. Husband serves as the President of RailSolutions. Mr. Husband brings over 30 years of railroad industry, commercial banking and consulting experience to the firm. Since 1991, Mr. Husband has conducted equipment appraisals on over 400,000 railcars and 6,000 locomotives having an aggregate market value exceeding $7.0 billion. Brett A. Steele, an American Society of Appraisers Accredited Senior Appraiser serves as Vice President of the firm. Since Joining RailSolutions in 1998, Mr. Steele has been instrumental in providing valuation and appraisal, and rail industry research services. In addition, Mr. Steele acts as senior publisher of the Investors' Guide to Railroad Freight Cars and Locomotives and manages the firms databases and quantitative valuation models. RailSolutions has made a significant investment in reference materials and transportation industry publications which provide the base for the railroad industry specific research and analyses conducted by the firm.
